Laura has just helped my Mum pick out a new bathroom. We went back to Hortons and Laura had supplied and helped me design our 3 bathroom refurbs a few years ago and I was so impressed with the level of service, aftercare and quality of products. Laura was great at advising on products and colour schemes and has extensive knowledge on everything bathroom wise. I would 100% recommend Hortons for your new bathroom - it’s also easy to pick up extra plumbing bits from there too. Very knowledgeable staff and Laura is an asset to the team .

We have found the staff at hortons to be extremely friendly and helpful.  Particularly laura who helped us choose our bathroom fitting and furniture.   We had several visits and several changes throughout the process but she was always polite and patient with us.  Laura is not only a salesperson but she really knows her products and is full of useful information without being pushy. We haven’t had our bathroom installed yet, but I wanted to leave a review for Laura at Hortons to recognise the fantastic support she’s given us so far. She really took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, making sure every detail was considered and incorporated into the design. I was recommended Hortons by my bathroom fitter. I booked an appointment with Laura. I found her extremely helpful and knowledgable. She showed me all different options and was able to give me advice on not only what was functional but also what would look the best. She deals directly with my bathroom fitter so any queries were sorted smoothly between the pair of them. Everything was delivered on time and the quality is exceptional. I’ve done two full bathroom renovations with Laura and can highly recommend. She knows every product and spends time to make sure it’s the right product for you and for what you’re trying to achieve.
