We continuously update our showroom to make sure we are offering the latest designs and keeping up to date with trends. These changes have been noted by both customers and suppliers who have shared their thoughts on social media and left very positive reviews. In turn, this has led to us being nominated in the BKU (Bathroom and Kitchen Update) Awards for the last 2 years (2022 & 2023).

To help our customers visualise their projects, we recently invested in the latest 3D CAD system from Virtual Worlds. This investment also included sending two designers to attend the official Virtual Worlds CAD training courses in Milton Keynes. Both are now certified at the foundation level and intermediate level.
We aim to provide the best service in the industry, and this means we have to stay aware of product changes, improvements and new introductions. Our showroom manager Laura has recently completed training on ‘Aqualisa showering’ and achieved the ‘Ambiance Bain Academy’ award.
