As this year draws to a close, we thought it would be nice to look back at our year as we do a summary of 2024.
We have completed over 250 design appointments and product quotations, updated 25% of our showroom displays, taken on new brands in the showroom, upgraded our vehicle fleet, completed a 100-mile bike ride for charity, and won Independent Bathroom Retailer of the Year 2024!
Very proud to have been recognised as the Independent Bathroom retailer of the year in June. Every day we strive for perfection when it comes to customer service, design and product offering. We expand our knowledge of products all the time to ensure we are giving the full experience to every customer, no matter their budget. So, to stand with the best in our industry was a huge honour.
Developing our showroom consistently is important so that we are ahead of the curve, and to make sure we stand out from our competitors. We have added in some bold designs this year, from flower pattern tiles to Terrazzo style click flooring. To fully appreciate the look, you need to see it in person.
Our trusty van which had been with us for many, MANY years had finally reached the end. So, not only did we invest in a new delivery van, but it also had a fantastic makeover! The van is a great advert for us, so keep your eyes peeled out on the roads to see it.
Back in August this year Shaun and his son took on a 100 mile cycle challenge through out the month to support the charity ‘Prostate Cancer UK’. They smashed the cycle target and achieved 102.7 miles raising £335 in total.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank all our valued clients, suppliers and staff for their ongoing support. Even just your kind words and recommendations are incredibly meaningful to us, and we are grateful to still be driving Hortons name 73 years after the doors first opened.
