Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Google Analytics – We only receive data from Google Analytics when you have accepted all cookies for our website. Google Analytics share your data with us which we only use for metric gathering and marketing 

We use the information that you have given us in order to work with you on the projects you have hired us for, for after sales support, to understand more about our customers and to help with future marketing.   

We may share this information with your fitter, so they have the necessary information to complete the project.

How We Store Your Personal Information  

Your information is securely stored on our systems, with access only being granted to a set list of people.   

Information collected through Google Analytics are stored on their servers which can only be access by a set list of people.  

All information stored has security measures in place such a limited access, and password protection. 

We keep your personal information for 15 years. This ensures we have the correct data should a customer need any after sales services such as spare or replacement parts. We will then dispose your information using appropriate security measures to ensure all data is disposed of correctly. 

We keep Google Analytics data for 26 months (inline with their policies). Google Analytics will safely and securely delete this information.

Under data protection law, you have rights including: 

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.  

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
